We started coming to Phillips Creek Veterinary Hospital under the worst of conditions; our cat, Romeo, who was 20 years old started having kidney failure. Our other vet that we'd been with for 12+ years couldn't "fit him in" when he was so sick, so we called PCVH and they didn't hesitate to see him. They treated him for several days but his prognosis was grim, so we had to make the worst decision any pet parent has to make, and put him to sleep. PCVH was so compassionate and caring during this process. From that moment on PCVH has been caring for our dog and newly adopted cat. We couldn't ask for better care. The veterinarians and tech staff, to the front desk staff are all wonderful. They take their time with you and go over every aspect of your pets wellness or illness to give them the best quality of care. Highly, highly recommend this facility!
